Review by Heidi Saunders age 8

This book is about a boy called Smidge and a man called Karlsson. They find an old old ghost costume and they fix it. They then scare the childminder a number of times. The first time they scare her they get caught and she finds out the ghost is Karlsson.

I really liked this book because when you put it down you want to pick it back up and read it again! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a bit of a mystery. I really liked Karlsson because he had a house on the roof which is quite unusual but it is very comfy and homely. I liked Smidge because he has a lovely dog and because he is kind and caring.
